Reflecting on our first panel discussion

We had the privilege of hosting our very first panel discussion: "Through Her Lens: Testing Boundaries in STEAM" during our launch event which brought together esteemed experts from various disciplines to explore the transformative power of interdisciplinary work in the world of STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics).

I wanted to take a moment to reflect and extend my deepest gratitude for the exceptional contributions made during this enlightening discussion. The insights shared by our panellists shed light on the boundless potential of collaboration across diverse fields.

Each panellist - Noémie Soula, Rajani Rao, Jiani Zeng, and Maroula Zacharias - brought a unique perspective invaluable to the STEAM community.

Noémie Soula offered valuable insights from the intriguing intersection of biology and arts to reflections on our understanding of being human and the role of bioethics.

Maroula Zacharias' expertise highlighted the importance of regulating our circadian rhythms, shedding light on the crucial aspect of mental well-being and practical approaches to creating spaces that foster well-being.

Jiani Zeng shared inspiring experiences in women's leadership within tech companies, exemplified by her impactful role at Butlr. The discussion also delved into the creation of 'illusory material' and its potential to revolutionise design methodologies and team workflows, a truly captivating subject that showcased cutting-edge work with transformative potential.

A special thanks to Rajani Rao for her exceptional contributions, emphasising the importance of supporting aspiring women leaders in the tech industry. Her insights added a vital dimension to our conversation.

This dedication to pushing the boundaries of innovation and creative expression is truly inspiring. We believe that the insights gained from this discussion will have a far-reaching influence on how we approach STEAM in our company and beyond.

Thank you all once again for an inspiring discussion! We look forward to the possibility of future collaborations that continue to drive progress in the dynamic world of STEAM.
